We can supply you with 1 person or 1,250. Our workers have contracts of employment, are face to face interviewed, reference checked and assessed for their hard and soft skills. We’ll ask you to rate them for their skills and attitude, and always strive to improve.

Assessment

We’ll adapt or adopt your assessment procedures for consistency. Then design and add others to determine our workers suitability. Our assessment and training centres can be designed to suit your particular needs and all results are available for audit.

Training

Whether its manual handling, cosHh, fork lift truck training or press operating we’ll make sure that our workers are fully trained to do the jobs you want. Our managers are IOSH and CIEH ‘train the trainers’ certified and we can source any training course that’s needed.

Inductions

Crticial to familiarise workers and ensure excellent health and safety we conduct this ‘in house’ at our branch or on your premises. Inductions and briefing of workers are in safe experienced hands.

Performance Management

We are here to optimise what could be your companies’ largets overhead: Your workforce. We’ll benchmark the current performance of your temporary workers. Then we’ll agree performance targets and improve your outputs. Service Needs and Cost Savings Analysis

Invite us into your business. We’ll talk with and survey your staff, talk to temporary workers, understand your needs and report back on your current service. Within 48 hours. Then our proposals for change will support the cashable and tangible savings and improvements we’ll make with the transfer of service to am2pm. Permanent recruitment

We can recruit permanent staff for you. A managing director or FD, a route planner, customer service agent or a draughtsperson. We can even recruit and select a team of people for you, in any part of the UK. We can manage the entire process: from design of and placement of attraction campaigns, answering the phone and screening all candidates. Inviting candidates to an assessment centre, which we’ll staff, before interviewing and selecting a shortlist. You can interview the shortlist or be involved in any part of the process.
