Job Title: Administrator

Location: Foston

Pay: £12.21ph with 20% Shift Allowance (£14.65ph)

Shifts: Rotating Days 6am til 2pm, Afternoons 2pm til 10pm and Nights 10pm til 6am

 

AM2PM Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client’s busy operations team. Reporting directly to the Admin Support Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong communication skills to support the daily running of the inbound and outbound operation.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the culture of the team, driving operational excellence, and supporting continuous improvement in both efficiency and customer service.


✅ Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company, industry, and legal standards at all times.

  • Communicate effectively across all departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Manage and control the inbound diary, ensuring suppliers are notified of delivery slots.

  • Accurately input delivery discrepancy information to be reported to the customer.

  • Oversee system applications to maximise operational efficiency.

  • Provide management information to agreed timescales with a high level of accuracy.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, responding promptly to requests.

  • Complete Customs activities in line with current regulations.

  • Promote excellent standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and Health & Safety compliance.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
