Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Assemble components accurately and according to specified guidelines, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections during and after assembly to identify potential defects or areas requiring adjustment.
  • Operate and maintain assembly machinery in compliance with safety regulations and operational manuals.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production quotas and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to foster a safe production environment.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts while consistently maintaining high levels of energy and focus.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or process inefficiencies to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts and adapt to varied schedules effectively.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a commitment to contributing to an inclusive and respectful workplace.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus but not required—training will be provided for the right candidate.

Day-to-day

  • Follow assembly instructions to ensure a consistent and efficient production process.
  • Conduct quick yet thorough quality checks on assembled products to meet company and client standards.
  • Prepare materials and tools ahead of your shift to meet production demands seamlessly.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, provide feedback, and plan for the day’s production goals.
  • Show adaptability by staying flexible in tasks and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
  • Commit to a positive and inclusive team atmosphere by supporting team-mates and fostering mutual respect.
