Responsibilities

As a Customer Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with information, resolving their issues, and addressing concerns.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Prior experience in a customer advisory, customer service, or related role is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided).

Day-to-Day

You'll have a structured, rewarding day that includes:

  • Logging in at 08:30 AM to review tasks and prepare for the day ahead.
  • Answering phone calls and assisting customers with questions, concerns, or products/services information.
  • Accurately inputting call details into our internal systems.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to solve complex issues or escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Gaining satisfaction from helping customers and delivering resolutions that leave them feeling valued.
  • Engaging in team huddles or feedback sessions for continuous learning and performance improvement.
