Responsibilities
As a Customer Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Prior experience in a customer advisory, customer service, or related role is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided).

Day-to-Day
You'll have a structured, rewarding day that includes:
- Logging in at 08:30 AM to review tasks and prepare for the day ahead.
- Answering phone calls and assisting customers with questions, concerns, or products/services information.
- Accurately inputting call details into our internal systems.
- Working collaboratively with team members to solve complex issues or escalate concerns when necessary.
- Gaining satisfaction from helping customers and delivering resolutions that leave them feeling valued.
- Engaging in team huddles or feedback sessions for continuous learning and performance improvement.
