About the Role
Customer Service Administrator – Redditch - £12.21
8am-5pm Monday – Friday
Duration: Temp to perm for the right candidate
Opportunity:
We’re looking for a motivated office assistant to provide efficient and effective administrative and customer service support.
Main duties:
Assist with office management and organisational processes.
Track inventory of office supplies and inform management of any shortages.
Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate office as necessary.
Operate and manage office equipment such as printers, copiers, and shredders.
File company documentation and maintain accurate records.
Perform data entry tasks as needed.
Book stock in and raise purchase orders.
Add orders to the system and assist with Payroll.
Handle new starter paperwork.
Book travel and accommodation.
Schedule deliveries and collections.
Liaise with suppliers and customers.
Essential:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Attention to detail.
- Solid organisational and administrative skills
- Experience working in a similar PM/Administration role.
- Solid communication skills
- Able to multi-task and organise workload.
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
