Job Title: FLT Driver - Nights (Initial Training on Days)

Shift: Nights (Training on days initially)
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Contract: Full-Time / Temp to Perm
Join Our Team as a Night Shift FLT Driver!
We are currently seeking a confident, experienced, and hands-on Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to support the start and end of our A-line operations during the night shift. This is a key role within our production environment, and you will be vital to keeping the line running smoothly and efficiently.
Initial training will be provided on day shifts to ensure you're fully confident and familiar with the operation before moving onto nights.
Key Responsibilities:
Loading the A-line with boards and ensuring the line is continuously and efficiently fed
Removing finished pallets from the line, banding them for dispatch
Receiving and organising materials (laminate, chipboard, MDF, etc.) from the cutting shop ready for production
Operating a forklift to move packs of worktops (up to 4.1m in length) in a space-restricted environment
Supporting the line manually, including assisting with hand-loading boards onto lifts throughout the shift
What We're Looking For:
Valid FLT license with proven experience handling long and heavy loads
Excellent spatial awareness and strong organisational skills
Confident working in tight spaces and with large materials
A proactive, hands-on attitude - willing to step off the truck and support production as needed
Team player with good communication skills
Reliability and a strong work ethic
