We are recruiting for Food Production Operatives to join a prestigious manufacturing company based in Nelson, Burnley. • Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
• Shift Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:05 am to 5 pm
• Location: Nelson, Burnley

Responsibilities

As a Food Production Operative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Working on a busy production line to ensure the efficient assembly of products.
• Performing general production and packing tasks to meet daily targets.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail throughout the production process.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations within the manufacturing site.
• Supporting the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

• Ability to work full-time hours as per the specified schedule.

• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Day-to-Day

Your typical day will involve:

• Starting your shift at 7:05 am and working collaboratively with your team.
• Operating on a busy production line, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Packing and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitoring and reporting any issues or defects to supervisors.
• Contributing to a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
