- Shift Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:05 am to 5 pm
- Location: Nelson, Burnley
Responsibilities
As a Food Production Operative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Working on a busy production line to ensure the efficient assembly of products.
- Performing general production and packing tasks to meet daily targets.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail throughout the production process.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations within the manufacturing site.
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Day-to-Day
Your typical day will involve:
- Starting your shift at 7:05 am and working collaboratively with your team.
- Operating on a busy production line, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Packing and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitoring and reporting any issues or defects to supervisors.
- Contributing to a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
