Now Hiring: Forklift Operator (Counterbalance)

AM2PM RECRUITMENT are currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator (Counterbalance) to join of our client based in B7,Nechells area  . In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse or distribution facility. You will use your expertise in operating a counterbalance forklift to transport materials, manage inventory, and contribute to a safe and productive working environment. 

Working hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Payrate: £13 per hour

Responsibilities: 

- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift in a fast-paced warehouse, or outdoor environment.  
- Load, unload, move, and stack materials in compliance with company policies   
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movement using hand-held scanners or paperwork.  
- Organize and maintain the warehouse/storage areas for safety and operational efficiency.  

Qualifications

 
- Valid counterbalance forklift license or certification is required.  
- Proven experience operating a forklift, with a focus on counterbalance models.  
- Flexibility to work in various climates or environments (indoor and outdoor).
