Night shift

Monday to Thursday 4:30am - 14:30pm 

£13.40phr with increase after 12 weeks

 

AM2PM are currently recruiting for a client based in the Cradley Area, we are looking for an experienced Inventory Operative to join our clients leading logistics team. The main focus of this role is to ensure that all stock is counted to help identify any discrepancies between recorded inventory levels and the physical stock on hand, in line with ISO 9001.

 

Temp to perm for suitable candidate

Pay rise after 12 weeks

On site parking 

Canteen on site

 

Working Hours / Shift pattern

Monday to Thursday              4.30pm until 2.30am                         

Half hour lunch break (unpaid)

2 x 15 minute breaks

Job Duties

• Locating and accurately counting of stock.
• Ensure to keep up to date with training on new equipment.
• Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Maintain the high standards of housekeeping and traceability expected within KSL.
• Carry out any work as directed by the supervisor, in a professional manner and following procedures set in place.
  
  

Education and Experience

• Be physically fit enough to be able to continually lift 15kg bags.
• All machine training will be given onsite but previous FLT training is preferable.
• Must be IT literate (with a working knowledge of Word and Excel).
• Have or be willing to be Articulated FLT trained and First Aid trained.
  
  

Person Specification

• Need to be punctual in time keeping whilst keeping up a smart appearance.
• Must be reliable and a good team player.
• Able to use their own initiative in their approach to new challenges.
• A good communicator to all levels, including management.
