Your Day-to-Day

As a Machine Operator, you’ll have a variety of responsibilities that ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Your day might include:

  • Operating and monitoring machinery to ensure high-quality output.
  • Precision jigging and powder coating for a professional finish.
  • Shrink wrapping and packing goods to meet quality standards.
  • Troubleshooting minor machine malfunctions and resolving issues quickly.
  • Inspecting finished products for quality assurance.
  • Documenting production results and sharing updates with supervisors.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Collaborating with your team to ensure workflows stay efficient and productive.

Working Hours: This position involves rotating weekly shifts:
6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM


What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should bring the following:

  • Proven experience in powder coating, jigging, shrink wrapping, packing, and machine operation. Preferred but not essential
  • Physical stamina to handle lifting and standing during shifts.
  • An eye for detail with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and safety protocols.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Preferred: Technical training, certifications, or prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
