AM2PM are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Metal Picker to join our production line team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes by accurately sorting and handling metal materials. Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort and pick metal materials from the production line.
• Inspect materials for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
• Working on a 4 on 4 off rotational shift 5:30am till 17:30pm

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift materials as needed.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Day-to-Day

• Begin each shift by reviewing production goals and safety protocols.
• Monitor the production line to identify and pick the required metal materials.
• Perform quality checks to ensure materials meet specifications.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to address any challenges.
• Contribute to maintaining a smooth workflow and achieving daily production targets.
