Assembly Operator

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Assembly Operator to join a well established manufacturing business.  This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to a high-performing team. With potential for long-term growth and development. 

As an Assembly Operator, you will:

• Assemble components accurately and efficiently, adhering to quality standards.
• You will be assembling plastic pallets 
• Perform regular quality inspections during and after assembly to ensure defect-free products.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Day-to-day

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Following detailed assembly instructions to ensure consistent and efficient production.
• Conducting thorough quality checks on assembled products to meet company standards.
• Preparing materials and tools ahead of your shift to ensure seamless production.
• Remaining flexible and adaptable to assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Supporting a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and promoting mutual respect.

You will be required to work Monday-Thursday 10pm-8am
