We are proud to be working with a highly successful fashion retailer, known for their classic designs and focus on customer satisfaction, in their search for a Photoshoot Administrator.
The role
Supporting the Photoshoot Coordinator and Brand Leads, you will source, collect, and return any shoot props / equipment in a timely manner, assist with processing shoot requests, talent bookings and manage the photoshoot calendar.
You will be communicating with the Buying Team regarding samples required for shoots, using the company database and spreadsheets to keep track of all relevant photoshoot information ensuring a high level of attention to detail is carried out. You will be responsible for organising and transporting samples to the studio as well as and looking after models / talents in the studio or on set.
The person
With excellent attention to detail and organisational skills you will be able to prioritise and manage workload in a high-pressure environment whilst ensuring a professional manner at all times.
Experience within fashion is essential, such as Degree within a fashion related field
A driving licence is essential along with use of a vehicle, as you will need to drive to the studio (within Birmingham)
Excellent communication skills as you will be in contact with other departments in the business
You will also have a good understanding of Excel
