Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment in the production of baked goods.
• Adhere to food-related health and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area.
• Monitor product quality and ensure all goods meet company standards.
• Assist in the preparation, baking, and packaging of products.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months of food production experience is required.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines in a food production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work across various shifts, including days and nights.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day for a Production Operative

This role requires candidates to be fully flexible to work any of the shifts below:

• 6 am - 2 pm
• 2 pm - 10 pm
• 10 pm - 6 am
• Perform tasks related to the production, baking, and packaging of goods.
• Ensure all equipment is operated safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow.

Benefits

• Competitive pay: £12.21/hour for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £12.61/hour thereafter.
• Sunday shifts paid at double rate.
• Saturday shifts paid at 1.5 rate.
