Job Title: Production Operative (Nights)

Overview

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Production Operatives to join our fast-paced, dynamic team on night shifts. The role is pivotal in supporting the production line and ensuring the seamless packing and labeling of products to the highest standards. 8pm - 6am (Monday to Thursday)

8pm - 4am (Friday)

Responsibilities

As a Production Operative (Nights), you will:

• Pack products efficiently on a fast-paced production line.
• Ensure all items are labeled accurately and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to the line manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience working on a production line or in a similar environment is advantageous but not mandatory as training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a timely and accurate manner.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced setting and handle repetitive tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Day-to-Day

• Working night shifts, ensuring smooth production processes.
• Operating machinery and packing products while upholding standards of efficiency and quality.
• Applying accurate labels to products and verifying compliance with labeling standards.
• Keeping track of production progress and reporting any inconsistencies.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times.
