PRODUCTION OPERATIVE – NIGHT SHIFT

 Location: Bilborough
 Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00pm – 7:00am (40 hours a week)
 Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
 Contract: Full-Time, Temp to Perm

AM2PM Recruitment is hiring Night Shift production operatives for a busy and expanding production site in Bilborough, Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that values hard work, commitment, and offers real progression for the right candidates.

The role involves manual handling and some heavy lifting, so applicants must be comfortable with physical tasks in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production machinery to required standards
• Monitor production quality and report any issues
• Perform regular equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Adhere to all health & safety procedures
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet nightly targets
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organised
• Loading and unloading heavy materials

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Machine operating or production experience preferred
• Comfortable with manual work and physically demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Good communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Keen to learn and grow within a business
