In this position, you'll play an essential role in supporting production operations, handling materials, working with resins and chemicals, and operating manufacturing presses. Key Responsibilities

As a Production Operative, you will perform tasks that contribute to efficient and high-quality production, including:

• Manual Decanting: Safely decanting materials and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborating with the Hardening Department: Working closely with the hardening team to ensure smooth processing and adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Operating Press Machinery: Efficiently operating presses while maintaining excellent quality control.
• Material Management: Safely handling materials, ensuring accurate measurements using digital scales.
• Knowledge and Safe Handling of Resins and Chemicals: Utilizing your understanding of resins and chemicals to maintain consistency in production, whilst adhering to safety regulations.
• Policy Adherence: Following established procedures and standards to ensure compliance with safety and operational regulations.
