The Role: Quality Inspector

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring product excellence. You will be responsible for conducting quality inspections, identifying issues, coordinating resolutions, and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect products and materials at all stages of production to meet quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate reports, logs, and inspection records.
  • Report defects or inconsistencies and work collaboratively to implement corrective actions.
  • Facilitate improvements to quality assurance processes and protocols.
  • Operate and calibrate inspection tools and equipment to ensure reliable performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to address recurring quality issues.
  • Share knowledge of quality standards and train team members as needed.
  • Uphold health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a quality inspection or related role (manufacturing/production setting preferred).
  • Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection techniques, and tools.
  • Ability to identify defects or deviations with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with cross-departmental teams.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, blueprints, or engineering drawings (desirable).
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Basic IT literacy for recording and maintaining inspection documentation.
  • A commitment to fostering an environment of inclusivity and collaboration.

  • Inspecting incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
  • Communicating inspection outcomes with production teams and supervisors.
  • Collaborating on solutions to quality challenges and driving process improvements.
