- Shift Timing: Sunday to Thursday, 14:00pm - 22:00pm
- Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

The Role: Quality Inspector
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring product excellence. You will be responsible for conducting quality inspections, identifying issues, coordinating resolutions, and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect products and materials at all stages of production to meet quality standards.
- Maintain detailed and accurate reports, logs, and inspection records.
- Report defects or inconsistencies and work collaboratively to implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate improvements to quality assurance processes and protocols.
- Operate and calibrate inspection tools and equipment to ensure reliable performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis to address recurring quality issues.
- Share knowledge of quality standards and train team members as needed.
- Uphold health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a quality inspection or related role (manufacturing/production setting preferred).
- Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection techniques, and tools.
- Ability to identify defects or deviations with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with cross-departmental teams.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, blueprints, or engineering drawings (desirable).
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Basic IT literacy for recording and maintaining inspection documentation.
- A commitment to fostering an environment of inclusivity and collaboration.
What a Day Looks Like:
- Inspecting incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Communicating inspection outcomes with production teams and supervisors.
- Collaborating on solutions to quality challenges and driving process improvements.
