AM2PM is seeking a skilled and motivated Reach Forklift Driver to join our dynamic team in Queenslie (G33 postcode). Key Details For The Reach Forklift Driver Role:
- Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (07:00 AM - 15:00 PM) or (11:30am- 20:00pm).
- Overtime Rates: 1.5x pay rate (£20.25 per hour).
- Pay Rates:
- Basic: £13.50 per hour
- Overtime: £20.25 per hour
- Location: Queenslie, G33 postcode.
- Employment Type: Temporary (12 weeks) to Permanent

Responsibilities For A Reach Forklift Driver
As a Reach Forklift Driver, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring safety and compliance: Adhering to all health and safety guidelines and company policies while on-site.
- Vehicle operation: Safely operating the Reach FLT truck to efficiently collect orders and transport materials.
- Stock rotation: Organizing, rotating, and placing products in designated warehouse locations in a safe manner.
- Documentation and tracking: Maintaining accurate paperwork, including inventory updates and coordinating with incoming/outgoing drivers.
- Collaborative teamwork: Working closely with the FLT team to ensure daily targets are met.
- Housekeeping duties: Keeping the work area clean and organized to meet site standards.

Qualifications For A Reach Forklift Driver
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A valid Reach Forklift Truck (FLT) license/certification (essential).
- Previous experience operating a Reach Forklift Truck in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
- Knowledge and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on overtime during weekdays and weekends.

Day-to-Day
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Conducting a pre-use safety check of the Reach FLT truck to ensure operational readiness.
- Transporting and strategically organizing stock within the warehouse using the Reach FLT.
- Coordinating with supervisors, co-workers, and drivers to ensure seamless workflow.
- Completing required documentation and updating inventory records accurately.
- Maintaining compliance with safety protocols and ensuring a hazard-free work area.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties, as required, to support team objectives.
- Participating in training and team meetings to stay up-to-date with operational standards.
