We are seeking motivated and qualified **Reach Forklift Drivers** to join our dynamic team located in Queenslie. This is a **temporary to permanent role** with competitive pay at £13.50 per hour. The position offers flexible working hours, with options for **morning shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)** or **afternoon shifts (11:30 AM - 8:00 PM)** to accommodate individual needs. ## **Responsibilities**  
As a Reach Forklift Driver, your key responsibilities will include:  
- Safely operating a Reach Forklift to transport goods within the warehouse or worksite.  
- Loading and unloading trucks, pallets, and other materials with efficiency and accuracy.  
- Assisting with inventory organization and stock replenishment as needed.  
- Performing regular inspections and basic maintenance of the forklift to ensure optimal functionality and safety.  
- Adhering to health & safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.  
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to meet productivity and operational goals.  
- Supporting general warehouse operations and assisting with manual tasks when required.

## **Qualifications**  
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following:  
- A valid **Reach Forklift License** (in-house licenses are not accepted).  
- Proven experience as a Reach Forklift Driver or in a similar role.  
- Excellent understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.  
- Good physical fitness to handle manual tasks and prolonged forklift operation.  
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.  
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on promoting inclusivity.  

### **Preferred Qualifications:**  
- Previous experience working in a temp-to-perm role or in warehouse environments.  
- An understanding of inventory management principles or systems.

- Start your workday by inspecting and preparing your forklift for use.  
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize daily tasks and distribution needs.  
- Perform routine forklift operations for loading, transporting, and storing goods.  
- Ensure accurate documentation of inventory movements, verifying stock and records.  
- Carry out housekeeping tasks to keep the warehouse organized and safe.  
- Communicate updates, share feedback, and provide support to ensure workflow efficiency.
