Job Role
As the Recruitment Operations Team Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Candidate Generation and Fulfilment teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily operations to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Overseeing team workload, task allocation, and productivity to ensure priorities are met.
- Supporting team members with problem-solving, system queries, and complex tasks.
- Communicating effectively with client account teams regarding job requirements and candidate availability.
- Monitoring key delivery metrics such as fill rates, candidate availability, and compliance status, and escalating risks when necessary.
- Providing coaching, training, and feedback to team members to foster their professional development.
- Assisting with process improvements and sharing best practices across the team.
- Ensuring compliance standards are met for all candidate records, documentation, and placements.
- Handling escalations related to candidate queries, shift fulfilment issues, or compliance matters.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Proven experience in a recruitment delivery or operations environment, preferably within high-volume sectors such as industrial or logistics.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using recruitment CRM/ATS systems and a solid understanding of compliance processes.
