Responsibilities
As a Resourcer, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with candidates and clients via telephone and digital communication channels.
- Responding to candidate inquiries, conducting pre-screening telephone interviews, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records in Microsoft Excel, Word, and internal databases.
- Researching talent pools and sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media.
- Understanding client staffing requirements and ensuring candidates align with job specifications.
- Working efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines and multitask across varying responsibilities.
- Collaborating with recruiters and the wider team, ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients.
- Upholding AM2PM's values of diversity, inclusion, and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
Essential skills and qualifications:
- Strong and professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general IT systems.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while remaining organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for organization, people, and problem-solving.
Desirable qualifications:
- Previous experience in a resourcing, recruitment, or customer service role.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the role.
Day-to-day
- Morning: Begin by reviewing your schedule and responding to emails from candidates and clients. You will update any candidate applications and review CVs.
- Midday: Conduct telephone screenings, assess candidate suitability, and document feedback. Attend a team briefing to discuss priority roles for the day.
- Afternoon: Dive into sourcing efforts on platforms like job boards or LinkedIn, while maintaining regular client communication to understand recruitment progress.
- Evening: Finalize any interview schedules, provide candidates with updates, and prepare reporting metrics for internal tracking.
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
£12.21 p/h
