The Company:
A well-established engineering company, specialising in the design, manufacture, and servicing of high-quality windscreen wiper systems and associated products for a global market.
Key Responsibilities:
Booking products in and out using SAP and RMA systems
Mechanical and electrical repair of returned products
Fault finding and troubleshooting
Writing reports on inspection findings
Handling customer returns and queries
Liaising with the Quality Team
Providing on-site support when required
Requirements:
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings
Soldering skills (desirable but not essential)
Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Strong communication, organisational, and planning abilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and diverse environment
Focused on accuracy and attention to detail
Able to remain calm and flexible under pressure
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, be confident with technical drawings and SAP, and have strong problem-solving and communication skills. A team player with attention to detail, flexibility, and a proactive approach is essential.
