Production Supervisor

AM2PM are currently recruiting a dynamic Production Supervisor to join our client based in Castle Vale. Our client is a leading manufacturer of modular housing.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide team members ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Manage workforce allocation efficiently to meet operational demands and objectives.
• Oversee the correct despatch of products to both internal teams and external customers, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Understand and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Following build plan in an effective and productive manner
• Personal Training Record issuing of any new team members
• Implementing the Health and Safety policy of the company always ensuring safe working conditions and practice.
• Daily management meeting to review performance, safety, quality and performance.
• Accountable for labour costs
• Effectively manage and minimize downtime.
• Understand and follow Standard Operational Policies. (SOP)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience within a similar role
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Adept at problem solving and conflict resolution
• Ability to work under pressure.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm AND 2pm to 10pm ROTATING - please note, you MUST be able to work both shifts. 

Rate of pay is £15.74 per hour.
