Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm

Pay: £27,000 salary

Location: Birmingham (B11)

Overview:

AM2PM Recruitment is currently recruiting a Supply Chain Coordinator on behalf of our client, a leading independent main contractor who provides technological solutions for the grocery and retail sectors. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day management of supply chain activities.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day to day supply chain processes to ensure efficiency.

Support onboarding and allocate daily workloads to contractors.

Accurately track all updates and changes, by maintaining clear records using Excel.

Work with everyone involved in the chain - from contractors to project managers.

Ensure all activity complies with internal polices and external regulations.

 

Key Requirements:

Confident communicator with strong phone manner and people skills.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Experience in appointment booking, scheduling or previous co-ordinational roles.

Comfortable using Excel to track and communicate updates.
