We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse operations, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to manage data and multitask. Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM


Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all administrative tasks for the warehouse, ensuring the timely and accurate flow of information.
  • Oversee the goods-in process, including scanning, labeling, and checking accuracy of deliveries.
  • Use inventory systems and Excel to maintain accurate stock records, update key metrics, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support the team with picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch as needed.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse and Operations teams to maintain efficient work flows.
  • Conduct regular audits of records, filing documentation for inventory and order-related processes.
  • Pro-actively track and communicate the status of stock to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage scanning devices and other tools necessary for warehouse operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a warehouse environment, preferably in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use formulas and functions for data tracking and reporting.
  • Good understanding of warehouse processes, including goods-in, picking, packing, and stock control.
  • Experience using inventory systems or warehouse management software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support both administrative and hands-on responsibilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for contributing to a collaborative work environment.
