Warehouse Operative

AM2PM is working with a well-established company that distributes its products nationally, but its base is in the Shaw area, just north of Oldham. We are looking ot recruit reliable Warehouse operators to work in a fast-paced environment.

Shift pattern available: 4 days on, 4 days working from 10.30am - 22.00pm £12.60ph 
Overtime is offered once you've passed the training period. 

Duties as a Warehouse Operative:

• Manage and process Goods in/out
• Loading, Unloading
• Using pump trucks
• Handle returns, using computers with an in-house software
• Attention to detail is key while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage own workstation and workload with several packing shoots.
• Manage the workload and ensure the quality standards and targets are met.
• Warehouse maintenance with regular cleaning and organisation
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Shifts and Pay Rate:

• 4 days on 4 days off: 10.30am - 22.00pm 
• Pay rate: £12.60 per hour 
• Overtime pay rate: £18.90
• Location: Shaw, Greater Manchester
• Start date: Immediate

Contract details:

• These are long-term, ongoing positions with a potential to go permanent
• A public transportation link is located close to the site. 
  
• Previous experience in a similar setting and role is beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided.
