Responsibilities

As a Picker/Packer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately picking and packing customer orders in a timely manner.
• Preparing orders for shipping to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Repacking returned items as required.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Day-to-Day

Your typical day will involve:

• Reviewing and processing customer orders.
• Picking items from inventory and packing them securely for shipment.
• Inspecting returned items and repacking them as necessary.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets.
• Ensuring all tasks are completed within the allocated time frame.
