Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented candidates to join our team as Warehouse Operatives. Key Responsibilities

• Packing: Carefully and efficiently packing electrical goods to meet quality control standards.
• Palletising: Stacking products securely on pallets for transportation and storage.
• Shrink Wrapping: Ensuring pallets are properly secured using shrink wrap.
• Labelling: Precise and clear labelling of products for accurate distribution.
• General warehouse tasks such as stock checks, order picking, and ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and organized.
• Following safety and operational procedures at all times to maintain workplace safety.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high product quality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision once trained.
• Physically fit to handle warehouse duties, including lifting goods where necessary.

Shift Patterns and Pay Rates

We are offering two shift patterns to choose from:

• Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm (£12.82/hour)
• Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm (£14.73/hour)
