Location: East Dunbartonshire

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our client based in East Dunbartonshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in warehouse operations and stock control to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 09.30am to 18.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse stock control, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
• Supervise and lead a team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and implement effective stock management strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain a hands-on approach, actively participating in daily warehouse activities as required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or stock control environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to work, with a focus on achieving results.
• Previous experience operating a forklift with a counterbalance license is highly desirable.
