We are about engagement, promotion, collaboration and support. It’s not easy to recruit or to manage recruitment needs in a modern world but we can better navigate this if we establish a good rapport with people who seek work through us and our customers looking for talent.

Our own workforce is reflected by this same approach with a wide demographic of cultural backgrounds, origins and preferences amongst us. We like to feel everyone is treated fairly and without bias whatever your skills and experiences are. So, no matter if you are an influencer and a leader or someone happy to work at entry-level, we will apply the same standards and treat everyone we meet with respect and transparency.

Each year (when covid restrictions allow, that is) we are proud to hold awards evenings for our people to recognise the great work they do and some of the fantastic achievements they have reached as a result of their hard work and effort no matter if that is in the field, in branch, onsite or at AM2PM HQ!
