Customer service advisor


We are recruiting for a customer service advisor  in the Warrington area. AM2PM are looking to recruit a trainee office coordinator to work on behalf of one of our major clients based in the Woolston area of Warrington


Requirements of a customer service advisor

You will need the following:

  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Telephone skills and ability to liase with clients
  • Computer literacy


  • Pay rate: £12.00 per hour
  • Location: Woolston Grange, WA4
  • Hours of work: Monday – Friday 10am-6pm
  • Duration: temp to perm

  • Planning and arranging jobs
  • Speaking with customers and clients
  • Respond to emails in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Schedule teams workload
