We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Production Operatives to join our client’s dynamic team. You will be an integral part of their production process, contributing to the creation of outstanding coffee products that meet the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful and rapidly growing company in the vibrant coffee industry.
Due to the location of the job, the candidate must have their own transport.
Key Responsibilities:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
• Monitor production line activities, identify any issues or abnormalities, and take corrective action to maintain production flow.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in various shifts to accommodate production demands.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
• Adapt to changing work demands and demonstrate flexibility in performing various tasks within the production process.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of production processes and machinery operations.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual nature.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as required.
Pay Rate: £11.44 – £13.44 per hour,
Overtime: x1.5 over 40 hours
Working patterns:
Mornings:
Monday – Friday, 8 hour shift
6am – 2pm
Afternoons:
Monday – Thursday, 10 hour shift
2pm – midnight
