You will be responsible for working 6am - 2pm monday to friday, pay rate is £12.21phr Responsibilities - Accurately pack customer orders while ensuring proper handling of products. - Inspect items for quality and check that orders match packing lists. - Label packages with attention to clarity and correctness for shipment purposes. - Maintain a clean and organized packing station to ensure safety and efficiency. - Collaborate with other team members to meet daily packing and shipping goals. - Adhere to all company safety policies and guidelines to maintain a secure workplace. - Communicate any discrepancies or concerns regarding shipments to the supervisor. Your day to day - Start each shift by reviewing the day's packing assignments and priorities. - Organize materials and supplies to prepare the packing station for maximum workflow efficiency. - Pack orders with precision, ensuring the integrity of packaged items as they are readied for shipment. - Participate in brief meetings for updates, feedback, and team-building activities. - Proactively support inventory restocking, supply tracking, and order prep as needed. - Maintain communication with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate tasks and problem-solve effectively.
