The Role Booking delivery slots with transport companies, you will also be checking paperwork and recording quantities, as well as scanning, filing and saving delivery notes for ISO9001 and audit compliance. With a keen eye for detail, you will be labelling products and reporting delivery discrepancies, carrying out stock and kanban checks for consumables and raising quality concerns with the purchasing team when needed. Along with ordering and tracking consumables and PPE, you will also be ordering samples for shipment with documentation, co-ordinate waste management schedules and support with raising purchase orders for various departments. Other duties will include investigating invoice queries, booking in maintenance, assisting with issues regarding scanning guns and the quarterly cycle counts of factory materials. The Person A highly organised individual with good planning skills, you will be confident in using Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and admin tasks. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a warehouse or good receiving role and will be a natural problem solver with the ability to use your initiative.
