HGV Class 2 Drivers Key Responsibilities
Local deliveries across Ithe cewntral belt
Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting defects (via app or paperwork)
Operating within legal and safety standards at all times
Using company PDA systems for tracking deliveries
Completing all delivery paperwork accurately
Requirements
Valid LGV2 (Class 2) licence
CPC & Digital Tachograph card
Maximum of 6 points (No DR, DD, or IN codes)
Experience preferred New passes Considered.
Good communication skills and strong reliability

Our prestigious client, a manufacturer in the fabric sector is looking for a Fabric Production Manager to lead their manufacturing facility.
In this hands-on management role, you'll oversee the full fabric production process-ensuring targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and performance is continuously improved. They are looking for a proven leader from a technical manufacturing background, ideally with experience in textiles or fabric processing.
The role
Managing daily operations and staff across the fabric manufacturing department, you will be planning and allocating machine and operator workloads to meet deadlines.
You will be overseeing machinery performance and planned maintenance and will be familiar with the use of stenters or similar.
Having worked in a production environment previously, you will be familiar with working to KPI's for quality, waste reduction and productivity and will be monitoring production output, streamlining processes where needed.
You will also oversee machinery performance and maintenance and will ensure the correct training methods and safety protocols ae in place for your team.
In addition, you will be liaising with the quality team to ensure set product standards are met and will maintain accurate production data, upholding operating specifications.
The person
You will have previous experience of working within a supervisory or managerial role within fabric production. In addition, you will have worked to lean methodology and will have the ability to manage change.
Strong communication and problem solving skills are essential. Knowledge of polymer coating chemistry and application is desirable.
