You will be using a headset to know what location the items will be picked from and the amount of each product. The warehouse operatives will work towards daily KPIs and targets to ensure the operational requirements are met. The Person: As a warehouse operative, you need to be motivated and organised to stay on track and work towards the KPIs and targets for picking orders. The warehouse operative needs to be comfortable with completing physical work to manually handle and move items of different sizes and weights. Perform energy audits and recommend alternative, cost-effective energy solutions. Contribute to fire prevention and electrical safety measures. The person You will be educated to GCSE level as a minimum, including Grade C or above in Maths and English and will have a Certification in Electrical Engineering and Maintenance (essential).
