Coffee Production Operative
We are recruiting for Production Operative roles in the coffee industry. You will be working at our client’s facility in Elsham Wold Industrial Estate, a renowned and fast-growing coffee sourcing, roasting, and packaging company. With over 25 years in the business, they are known for their commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation, serving leading coffee brands globally.
Requirements of a Production Operative:
You will need the following:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good manual dexterity to perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts to accommodate production demands.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- Adapt to changing work demands and demonstrate flexibility in performing various tasks within the production process.
Details:
- Pay rate: £11.44 – £13.44 per hour
- Location: Elsham Wold Industrial Estate
- Hours of work: Mornings 8 hours (Monday – Friday, 6am – 2pm) and Afternoons 10 hour (Monday – Thursday, 2pm – midnight)
- Duration: Ongoing assignment
Role of a Production Operative:
- Monitor production line activities, identify any issues or abnormalities, and take corrective action to maintain production flow.
- Collaborate with team members for smooth coordination and handover between shifts.
