Customer Service Advisor – Warehouse/Retail – Erdington – £11.94ph – Temp to Perm
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor in the Erdington area. You will be working at our client, a leading high street and online retailer specialising in women’s clothing and accessories. This role offers a dynamic work environment where dedication and expertise are highly valued.
Requirements of a Customer Service Advisor:
You will need the following:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to manage workload and prioritise accordingly.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to assess and understand all relevant information.
- Previous experience within the customer service sector is preferred but not required.
- Candidates with experience in people-oriented roles (retail, hospitality, etc) are welcomed to apply.
Details:
- Pay rate: £11.94 per hour
- Location: Erdington
- Hours of work: 8-hour shifts on a rotation basis between 8am – 7pm, any 5 days out of 7
- Duration: Temp to Perm
Role of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Provide exceptional service and support to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels including phone, email, and social media.
- Meet individual and departmental goals.
- Support the business where it is required on day-to-day tasks.
- Implement actions and processes to improve the overall customer experience.
