Our client is operating a production facility on the outskirts of Scunthorpe
We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Production Operatives to join our client’s dynamic team.
Due to the location of the job, the candidate must have their own transport.
Key Responsibilities:
• Restacking pallets
• Sorting products
• Packing
• Machine operating
• Handling products ranging from 1KG to 25KG
Qualifications and Skills:
• Must be physically fit due to lifting up to 25KG
• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of production processes and machinery operations.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong work ethic with a reliable and punctual nature.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as required.
Pay Rate: £11.56 per hour,
Overtime: available, paid after 40hrs; Saturdays available
Working patterns:
FLEXIBILITY IS REQUIRED
Monday – Friday, 8 hour shift
Mornings, Days or Afternoons
Hours can vary between 6am – 10pm
