The Role
Working as part of the HR team offering crucial support across the recruitment and administrative functions. The role involves assisting in temporary recruitment drives, ensuring accurate upkeep of the recruitment tracker, and preparing essential documentation like contracts of employment and recruitment packs for new hires. You will play a pivotal role in facilitating new starter inductions, managing contract amendments, and handling the documentation process for agency starters and leavers. The position involves accurately maintaining HR records, updating job descriptions on the intranet, and offering crucial administrative support, including note taking during employee relation meetings.
The Person
You will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, holding a CIPD Level 3 qualification. You should demonstrate flexibility in your approach to work and attendance times, alongside being proactive and able to use your initiative effectively. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with strong organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines with ease. Proficiency in IT, including MS Office with a strong grasp of Excel, is required.
